Prior to adopting cloud platforms, De Heus relied entirely on traditional physical infrastructure. Solutions

After exploring cloud computing and experiencing limited success with several other providers, De Heus decided to partner with Cloudino to migrate its IT system to the AWS cloud. This migration leveraged various AWS services, including storage, computing, data management, cost optimization, security, identity, and compliance.

By decoupling the web, app, and database components and implementing Auto-scaling, the system was fully equipped to support De Heus’s business expansion. We utilized AWS cloud architectures, specifically Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS), for seamless orchestration.

Furthermore, the system facilitates the reassignment of employee access rights, implementing specialized management and security protocols that adhere to the highest compliance controls, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Consequently, data is securely backed up, consistently highly available, and fully recoverable in the event of unexpected incidents.
